Influencer & UGC Manager Position Overview:
As an Influencer & UGC Manager Dubai, you will be in charge of the department that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. Your role will involve managing influencer relationships, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring the creation of high-quality content, including filming and editing engaging videos. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored influencer campaigns that align with their goals. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven professional with expertise in influencer dynamics, content trends, and video production.
Responsibilities:

Influencer Relations Management:
As Influencer & UGC Manager Dubai, you will identify, liaise with, and build lasting relationships with influencers that align with client objectives and brand voice. Your ability to negotiate and secure successful collaborations will directly impact campaign outcomes. -
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
You will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that generate brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. These campaigns should align with the client’s goals, target audience, and budget. The Influencer & UGC Manager will ensure each campaign is optimized for performance and delivers results. -
Content Creation & Scripting:
Writing engaging scripts and content for influencer and UGC campaigns is a core part of your role. You will craft messaging that resonates with the target audience and aligns with both client branding and current social media trends. Your scripts will help maximize ad strategies and drive engagement. -
Filming & Editing:
The Influencer & UGC Manager will take responsibility for filming and editing high-quality influencer and UGC videos. Using editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, you will ensure that the videos are polished, engaging, and on-brand. The role demands creative direction and technical expertise in video production. -
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance is crucial. You will utilize analytics tools to assess engagement, reach, ROI, and other key metrics. Your insights and recommendations will drive campaign improvements and guide the next phases of influencer collaborations. -
Trend Monitoring:
Staying on top of social media trends, platform updates, and industry changes is vital. The Influencer & UGC Manager will continuously leverage these trends to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Influencer Manager, UGC Manager, or similar role with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and content trends.

Extensive experience in filming and editing videos, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

A demonstrated track record of building and maintaining influencer relationships and executing successful campaigns.

Excellent scriptwriting and content creation skills, ensuring content resonates with the audience and aligns with client branding.

Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and advertising strategies across these platforms.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, influencers, and internal teams.

Strong analytical mindset, able to track campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize campaigns for better results.
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience with influencer marketing software (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, Influencity).

Knowledge of SEO and content performance metrics.
